The Daily Discard is about throwing stuff out. It’s a spiritual quest to simplify life. Each day I find something around the house which is no longer needed, doesn’t work any more, has outlived its purpose or is just plain junk. Then I throw it away or give it away.
This must have belonged to one of the kids. It's been sitting in the bottom of a drawer for some time.

I live in a 2 bedroom flat on a fairly busy street, so anything with any value left out on the footpath is picked up and taken away very quickly.

This stayed out on front fence of the house next door for 2 days. Usualy things left out on the front footpath are taken straight away.
Maybe it couldn't be seen because the colour is similar to the bicks in the fence. So I put it right in the middle of the footpath on my way down to get a pizza. It was gone on my way back.
